Who are we? 

 

THE JOURNEY  Youth Ministries: where students seek God, encounter His presence, and see His Word come alive in their lives.

 

Students today are searching to see a life that is real and a faith that is authentic.  "The Journey" is a place where students see that lived out.  We want to see students moving to encounter God in prayer, eager to worship God as we seek His presence, experience the Word that is so relevant to their faith and to their lives.  Being a teenager can be a lot of fun, but at the same time, it can be very difficult.  Discovering your true identity, fitting in, and making right choices are just a few of the issues you face as a teenager.  The good news is that God understands and wants to help.  And so do we.

 

 
We meet

-Wednesday night youth group 6:30

-Sunday morning discipleship class 9:00 am

-Sunday morning worship service 10:00 am

Thank you to everyone for your prayers and financial support as we took our teens to Jacksonville, Florida, for a week of work and fun. (Watch the highlight video below of the work they accomplished!)

Please continue to pray for First Church teenagers as they take the Message into their schools and homes.
