From Our Pastor

To say that these are days of economic uncertainty would be a great understatement. Record numbers of home foreclosures, dramatic price increases in the stores, job lay-offs and extremely small raises leave many people struggling to make it financially. Financial pressures coupled with the other stresses of life can take a toll on even the strongest people. Many find themselves wishing for a leader who can give direction and provide some assurance.
I am happy to let you know that such a leader is available. His name is Jesus Christ. He can not only help you cope with life, but He can also bring you inner peace and a definite sense of happiness that stays with you in the midst of troublesome days. I want to encourage you to form a relationship with Him so you can find the help you need in these uncertain days.
Here at FCN, we will do everything we can to help you become a good follower of Jesus Christ. We'll teach you, train you, and even try to set an example for you. We'll be there to love you, encourage you, offer you advice and listen when you need to talk. We'll make it our goal to minister to every member of your family, regardless of age. In our eyes all people are important.
One thing you will immediately discover at FCN is this: we are a group of people who love God above everything else and try to love others like they love themselves. We are not perfect, but we are doing our best to walk in the steps of the One who was. We would love to have you walk along with us. If we walk side by side, together we can grow stronger and become better.
Let us know how we can best minister to you. That's why we are here. You may be one of our next best friends!
